Do you actually read every message?
Yes — it's just us here, no support ticket system. Every message lands in a real inbox and gets a real reply. We don't outsource support.
How do I report a tool that's broken?
Select "Report a bug" above, pick the tool from the dropdown, and describe what went wrong. Include your browser and OS if you can — it helps us reproduce it faster.
Can I request a new tool?
Absolutely. Select "Suggest a tool" and tell us what it should do. Most of our best tools came from user suggestions. We can't promise a timeline, but we read every request.
Do you offer business or API access?
We don't offer an API right now, but if you have a specific business use case, reach out under "Something else" and tell us more. We're open to conversations.
