Crop images online for free — no upload, no account

EazyStudio's Image Cropper lets you trim photos to the exact size or aspect ratio you need without installing software or signing up. Because all the work happens locally in your browser using the HTML canvas, your images never get uploaded to a server — making it fast, private and safe for sensitive photos.

Snap to popular presets for social media — 1:1 for Instagram posts and profile pictures, 16:9 for YouTube thumbnails and presentations, 9:16 for stories and reels — or drag the handles freely to crop to any shape. Rotate and flip to straighten or mirror your shot, then export as PNG, JPG or WebP.

Frequently asked questions

Is my image uploaded to a server when I crop it?+
No. The Image Cropper runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript and HTML canvas. Your photo never leaves your device — there are no uploads, no server processing and no privacy risk.
What aspect ratios can I crop to?+
You can crop freely or snap to common presets: 1:1 (square for Instagram/profile pictures), 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 (widescreen/YouTube thumbnails) and 9:16 (stories/reels). You can also drag the handles to any custom size.
Which image formats are supported?+
You can crop JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP images. You can export the cropped result as PNG (lossless, supports transparency), JPG (smallest size) or WebP (best balance of quality and size).
Will cropping reduce my image quality?+
Cropping only removes the area outside your selection — the pixels you keep are untouched, so there is no quality loss. If you export as JPG you can choose a quality level; PNG and WebP keep full detail.
Can I rotate or flip the image before cropping?+
Yes. Use the rotate buttons to turn the image in 90° steps and the flip buttons to mirror it horizontally or vertically. The crop is applied to the transformed image.
