Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

EazyStudio's free tier is completely free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.

2. Pro Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:

• The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
• This applies to first-time purchases only. Renewal purchases are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse (e.g., downloading large volumes of results before requesting a refund).

3. Renewals

EazyStudio Pro plans are not auto-renewing. When your plan expires you will be notified by email and given the option to renew manually. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro plan at any time from My Profile → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the current period's end date — we do not pro-rate partial periods.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your registered email address
• The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your confirmation email or billing page)
• A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Renewal payments
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
• Coupon or promotional pricing (unless otherwise stated in the offer)

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of EazyStudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
